What is a facial?

A facial is a multi-step skin treatment that is one of the best ways to take care of your skin. A facial deep cleanses, exfoliates and nourishes your skin resulting in a clear and brighter complexion.

We all like a little me time, mine is a late Sunday afternoon getting ready for the week ahead. When is yours?

Relax, pamper and reveal healthy glowing skin.

Step One:

You need to start with a clean slate. Cleanse your skin with the Equality Gel Cleanser by dampening your skin with warm water first, then gently massage your cleanser onto your face, not forgetting your neck area. Rinse and repeat.

Step Two:

Exfoliate. This is an important step to remove dead skin cells and the secret to smooth, dewy skin. Use your Pure Bamboo Exfoliant mixed with a small amount of water to create a paste and massage gently onto your face with your fingertips for about a minute. Be careful around the eyes and do not forget on and around your lips and your neck.  Rinse your face clean and pat dry.

Step Three:

Your face will already feel much softer and clearer. Apply your Pink Vitamin Infused Clay Mask (mixed with a small amount of water to make a silky paste) Again, do not forget your neck. Relax for 10-15 minutes while you enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea and catch up on the tv shows you have missed, or simply lay on your bed and relax. Using a damp face cloth (or the Bamboo Terry Face Wipes) gently remove your mask and treat yourself to a spritz of Toning Mist.

Step Four:

 Apply Serum and Moisturiser. I love serums and use them every morning and night before applying moisturiser.  They are worth the extra added step to reveal glowing skin and help combat the signs of ageing. Use the Ultimate Vitamin Facial Oil (anti-aging) at night and the Ultimate Collagen Serum (hyaluronic acid to plump and vitamin C to brighten) in the morning.  Apply your serum and finish your facial with your Moisturiser gently massaged into your skin.
