Behind the Scenes

‘My Story’ covered my journey into skin care, and I thought I would share with you a little about the products, packaging etc which prompted Behind the Scenes as my very first blog.

I settled on natural plant-based products for my skin as these performed and enriched my skin the most. I am now a firm believer that what you put onto your face should be as natural as possible.

So … many years later, I now have my own skin care range. Not all of us are lucky to have a money tree growning in the back garden. You will find that Ida Rose Skin Care Products are affordable and only contain beneficial Plant based ingredients. Many store brought products have aqua (water) listed as one of their ingredients, my face creams do not contain water, only active ingredients and a little goes a long way. No false promises here, the range is professionaly formulated, made in small batches and can be used by both men and women – hence the name Equality Skin Care.   

A contributing factor to the cost of skincare is the packaging.  A lot of unnecessary packaging is used (cardboard outer box wrapped in cellophane, ect), which all goes into landfill and adds to the cost of products.  Why pay for packaging, after all it is the product you use, not the packaging!   To help keep costs down I wanted to keep my packaging simple and therefore pass these savings onto you.

All my products have been tested on humans and approved by animals! Family and friends were my willing (and sometimes unwilling) participants in trying and testing my products and providing feed back. It is now your turn to try these products!

The ULTIMATE RANGE – I cannot stop or turn back the clock, but I can help care and improve your skin. This range will help manage fine lines and wrinkles, it hydrates and reduces several different signs of aging, including texture and pigmentation issues. 

Featuring high performance active ingredients, including Hyaluronic Acid, Q10, Peptides, Vitamin A & C, Collagen, Probiotics and Malic Acid.
